Canadians have ranked money as their greatest cause of stress in life according to the latest chapter of the Financial Stress Index, by FP Canada™. The report is a follow-up to the first two FP Canada financial stress studies from 2014 and 2018. The latest survey results show how Canadians about personal finances and life pressures.
The FP Canada™ 2020 Financial Stress Index found that money is the number one cause of stress for Canadians by a large margin. Finances (38%) outrank personal health (25%), work (21%) and relationships (16%) as the top source of stress in Canadians’ lives. The survey also provides tips on managing financial stress.
